Payment Due for Installment Payment Plans

Amounts will vary according to room assignment and meal plan selected. Refer to your myHumboldt account for your specific payment amounts and payment due dates.

2020-2021 Housing Application Formally Opens for New Freshmen!

February 25, 2020

2020-2021 Academic Year online application formally opens at 3pm on February 25 for New Freshmen who have been admitted or provisionally admitted to the university for the 2020-2021 academic year. If you have not yet been admitted, you will not be able to access the application portion of the site until your admit status is updated in the campus system. Your HSU User Name and password will log you into your myHousing account. To ensure your best opportunity to secure on-campus housing and to be assigned to your preferred location, you must submit the completed application and pay a $200 nonrefundable application fee. Assignments are made on a first come, first served basis determined by the date the application and payment are received. When you move on campus, your application fee will be applied towards your first Housing payment. Should you submit the application materials and later decide to cancel, you are bound by the cancellation policy.  Space is limited and we do not guarantee housing. The first 800 freshmen to apply will be able to select their own room online in April. More information will be sent to these students early April.

Online application opens for New Transfer and Continuing students at 9am at myhousing.humboldt.edu. Students must have been admitted or provisionally admitted to the university for the 2020-2021 academic year. If you have not yet been admitted, you will not be able to access the application portion of the site until your admit status is updated in the campus system. Your HSU User Name and password will log you into your myHousing account. To ensure your best opportunity to secure on-campus housing and to be assigned to your preferred location, you must submit the completed application and you will need to pay a $200 nonrefundable application fee. When you move on campus, the application fee will be applied towards your first Housing payment. The first 200 transfer students to apply will be able to select their own room online in April. More information will be sent to these students early April.

Payment due for Monthly and Financial Aid PLUS Payment Plans. Amounts will vary according to room assignment and meal plan selected. Refer to your Student Center account for your specific payment amounts and payment due dates. All residents on all payment plans must be paid in full for the spring semester in order to sign up for fall classes or order transcripts.

Spring Break

Spring Break is March 16 - March 20. The halls are open, however, the J will be closed and on-campus dining options are limited.

Residence Halls Close

May 16, 2020

Residence Halls close at 10am on Saturday, May 16, 2020.
