Housing Options

So where exactly would you be calling home?

Depending on your standing (Freshman, Transfer, or Returning student), you and the 2,100 other campus dwellers will be living in one of two living areas:

  • Freshman living areas on the North side of campus (except for Creekview and Pepperwood)
    • Creekview, on the North side of campus is predominatly Transfer and Returning students
    • Pepperwood, on the North side of campus is Transfer and Returning students
  • Transfer and Returning Students on the South side of campus

Please note: Meal plans may be mandatory or optional, depending on your housing choice.

Living Area: Freshmen

The Hill

Traditional residence halls (Redwood and Sunset halls). Each houses approximately 225 students.

Cypress

Suites. Each houses 7 to 12 students, totaling 231 residents.
Housing Type: Each unit has shared common living room, kitchen and bath areas.
Room Type: Single, Double

Canyon

Traditional residence hall. Eight buildings (Alder, Cedar, Chinquapin, Hemlock, Madrone, Maple, Pepperwood, and Tan Oak). Each houses approximately 50 students.

Living Area: Returning Residents, Transfer Students

Creekview

Four buildings (Fern, Juniper, Laurel and Willow). Each apartment in Fern and Willow houses 5 to 6 students and features a full kitchen, living room, dining area, and bathroom. Each suite in Juniper and Laurel houses about six students and features a kitchenette, living room, dining area, and bathroom.
Housing Type: Each unit has shared common living room, kitchen and bath areas.

College Creek Apartments

Four buildings (Del Norte, Shasta, Trinity, and Mendocino) with 97 apartments. Houses 461 students.
Housing Type: Each unit has shared common living room, kitchen and bath areas.
Room Type: Single, Double, Bunk Bed Double
Meal Plan is Optional

Campus Apartments

54-unit complex. Home to 207 students.
Housing Type: Each unit has shared common living room, kitchen and bath areas.
Room Type: Single, Double
