Humboldt County Property Management Companies
Working with a property management company can help make the process of finding and applying for a rental property more straightforward, especially when looking from a distance. Off-Campus Housing has compiled a list of property management companies in the Humbodlt area which can be accessed online or in .pdf format. The list contains information about application fees, hours, and contact information, including hyperlinked websites for those companies that have an online presence.
Places4students
Cal Poly Humboldt has partnered with Places4students.com to provide students, staff, and faculty members with an exclusive online housing resource! Students, staff, and faculty can use the Places4students platform to find rental listings, list rooms for rent to other Cal Poly Humboldt community members, and find roommates. To get started using Places4students, simply create an account using your humboldt.edu email address. Note: You must use your university email address to access listings on this platform.
Weekly Rental Listings Newsletter
Each week, Off Campus Housing gathers listings from the major rental listing sources including Craigslist, Facebook, local property management companies, and independent property owners to streamline the process of searching for rental listings for our students. Students can sign up to receive the newsletter every Friday by email. If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter, please email housingliaison@humboldt.edu to be removed from our list.
Roommate Bulletin
In addition to Places4students.com roommate finder, Off Campus Housing now offers an in-house roommate bulletin for students actively looking for roommates! Simply fill out the Roommate Search Form and we'll add you to our Roommate Bulletin so that you can get connected with other students seeking housemates!
- Students must use their humboldt.edu email address to complete the roommate search form and view the bulletin.
- If you are an incoming new or transfer student, be sure to contact the ITS help desk if you need help getting your university Gmail account setup.
- Not ready to create an ad for yourself? Cal Poly Humboldt community members can access the Roommate Bulletin in a view only format.
