Listing Your Available Rental
Off Campus Housing is pleased to offer local housing providers a number of resources to help them connect with potential tenants at Cal Poly Humboldt! On this page, you will find multiple avenues to get the word out about your rental listing to our campus community. If you have any questions, please email housingliaison@humboldt.edu.
Off-Campus Listings Newsletter
Each week, the Off Campus Housing team puts out our curated Off-Campus Listings Newsletter. Students can subscribe by email to receive the update every Friday directly to their inbox. Landlords and housing providers are able to list their available rooms, apartments, and houses for rent by completing the Property Listing Form. Our team works hard to ensure that all listings on the newsletter are active and available, so please let us know as soon as possible when your property has been rented so that we can remove it by emailing housingliaison@humboldt.edu.
Off-Campus Housing Marketplace
Cal Poly Humboldt has partnered with RentCollegePads to provide students, staff, and faculty with exclusive access to a personalized online listings database. Community members with available rentals can list their properties for free on Cal Poly Humboldt’s Off-Campus Housing Marketplace to be viewed exclusively by our campus community!
Create a free account using this link to access Cal Poly Humboldt’s Off-Campus Housing Marketplace powered by RentCollegePads. Choose "List with Us" in the upper right corner, then opt for "List as Landlord" from the dropdown menu. Complete the Landlord Registration Form, and once submitted, you will be redirected to the login page automatically. To list a property, go to "My Listings" on the left side menu, click on "Add Property," and fill in all the necessary details under “Manage Listings”.

If you represent a property management company in our area and would like to be included on our Humboldt County Property Management Company resource, please email housingliaison@humboldt.edu with the following information:
- Company name
- Address
- Website
- Application fee amount
- Hours of operation
- Phone number
- Primary contact person for communication with Cal Poly Humboldt
